No matter what sign you are, focusing your mind constructively will help you hone your gifts and powers. 

If you’re like me, sometimes positive mental focus is a challenge. My mind can be a downright bully to me, telling me that I’m not measuring up, that I could have done better, or that I’m simply not good enough.

All these messages are not true, but that doesn’t make them any less real to me. I’ve had to take this bully in my mind and put her in her place.

Meditation has helped me do this.

Well, Meditation has helped A LOT of people do this, and not particularly religious or holy people either — of course Jesus, Buddha, Gandhi and Yoda ;) are famous meditators, and so are these guys:

Meditation has given me the gift of being nicer to myself in my own mind. Getting on my own team. Increasing my confidence, lowering my stress level and allowing me to focus on making my life what I really want it to be.

Because of the way my mind works ( all over the place! A million thoughts bouncing and spinning and whirring through at any given moment… ) I particularly enjoy guided meditation.

That’s why I’ve created a series of guided meditations to help you “talk to yourself” inside your head in the best, most supportive and encouraging way.
