I have a little story for you.
Once upon a Greek legend there was this all-powerful god named Zeus who fell desperately, totally, madly in love with a human princess named Europa. Zeus, being a creative, albeit wacky kinda god decided that the best way to get with Europa would be to turn himself into a gorgeous bovine.
Does this seem misguided to you? Granted it makes little sense to anyone living in a fast-food nation that a god would turn himself into a cow in order to seduce a woman. Though one would be remiss not to point out that there are cultures that worship, or at least revere, animals that say “moo” who might have more insight into why the seemingly far-fetched ploy actually worked.
Yes, Sirree He Haw! Europa rode that dreamy white bull clear across the sea and when they got to the island of Crete Zeus did a big reveal. He changed back to his godly self with a big “Ta Daaah…”
and Europa was like, “Oh great, you’re a god. Now where’s that hot cow?”*
The reason I bring it up, oh splendid one, is that I just want to remind you of your magnificently powerful origins. And it seems no matter what form you choose to take on this lifetime, when you apply your mighty gusto and determination to a goal you swiftly close the gaps between you and whatever it is you really, really, really want, and win love and loyalty in the process.
And that, dear Taurus, is why I want you on my side — you ravishing creature you. Selfish of me? Probably. But you could afford to be a little more selfish too Taurus.
